About these terms
These terms cover use of the WIZ Research website and its public information and materials.
The site presents our software engineering, products, services and research activities. These website terms do not set the commercial conditions for delivering a project, licensing software or participating in research. Those matters require a separate agreement with the relevant parties.
Using the website
You may browse the site and use its public information to understand our work, consider a collaboration or contact us. Please use the site lawfully and respect the rights of other people and organisations.
You must not attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, disrupt the service, bypass access controls or present WIZ content in a way that is misleading about its origin or our involvement. This does not restrict activities permitted by mandatory law.

Project and product information
Project descriptions explain our technical work in context. Diagrams labelled as illustrations are explanatory views, rather than live product screens or measurements. Features, examples and research results may change as work develops.
Public descriptions do not constitute a binding offer, an undertaking to achieve a particular result, a software licence or a transfer of project intellectual property. Scope, responsibilities, deliverables, prices and support are agreed separately. Existing signed agreements continue to govern the matters they cover.
Contacting WIZ
The enquiry tool prepares an email draft in your browser. WIZ receives a message only when you choose to send it through your email service. Preparing a draft does not place an order or conclude a services contract.
Include only information needed for an initial discussion. Please arrange an appropriate channel before sending sensitive personal information or confidential technical material. Any confidentiality agreement already in place remains applicable according to its terms.
Our Privacy Policy explains how enquiry information is handled. Reading that notice is separate from giving consent to any optional future marketing.

Links to project partners, publications, social networks and other websites are provided for context. Their operators control their content and services. Once you follow a link, that destination's terms and privacy information apply to its own processing and services.
