Our approach
We want people to be able to understand our information and contact WIZ using different devices and ways of navigating. We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a design and testing reference for improvements.
This information covers the WIZ website and its legal pages.
Accessibility features
- A skip link, page landmarks and a structured heading hierarchy.
- Text labels for the form, descriptive links and visible keyboard focus.
- Responsive layouts, selectable text and zoom without fixed text images in the legal content.
- Technical illustrations accompanied by explanatory text; decorative graphics are not required to read the legal pages.
- A direct email and telephone alternative to the enquiry form.
Several animated components respect your device’s reduced-motion preference.
Internal accessibility review
Our team has carried out an internal accessibility review, using WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a reference.
The review covered page structure, keyboard navigation, visible focus, form labels and responsive layouts at desktop and mobile screen sizes.
Accessibility checks form part of our ongoing work on the website. Feedback helps us identify barriers and prioritise improvements.
Report an accessibility problem
Email office@wizresearch.com or call +40 774 598 227. If possible, tell us the page address, the task you were trying to complete, the barrier you encountered and your preferred way to receive a response.
You may mention your browser or assistive technology if that helps explain the problem. You do not need to disclose a disability or medical information. Tell us if you need the relevant content in another format so that we can discuss a suitable alternative.
Reference and review
Our reference is the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2. We review this information as the site changes and as issues are verified.
